greddy e01 boost controller help

so I have a greddy e01 boost controller and I have a harness that came with it, but the instructions are all in japanese, I think it is an rpm cable because I should have my rpm set up on the boost controller but it is just 0 all the time. If any one knows about these boost controllers please let me know

What email do you want the manual sent to. I downloaded it in English, I'll send it to you. Also, you don't really need to hookup the rpms wire, unless you just want to see the numbers move etc.
