Hey all!
first i must say thanks to all how know what they're talking about and post on here, it has helped me TONS!!!!!

my setup - stock turbo, no boost controller, stock everything!!!
anyways... so i buy a new greddy type-s bov and dejon tool UIP... prior to this i was having some problems when boostin hard in 1st and 2nd,... it felt like it was surging while spooling up... so i install the new stuff and it feels SOOO much better, especially when shifting... BUT theres a problem.
with the stock bov the stock boost gauge would go all the way to the top when boosting hard, and now it only goes to the little line towards the top of the boost gauge and not all the way?? but it still feels like its pulling harder then before? anyone else have this happen?? :dsm:

new autometer boost gauge is already en-route... i just find it weird that the stock bov showed more boost?!?! where does the stock boost gauge gets its readings from? like which vaccum line?
