Got my Tsi 4 weeks ago

I got my Tsi bone stock 4 week ago and did some bolt on things to it. What should I do next?? open to all opinions and sugestions!

And I dont know how to post pictures i posted once before..

Didnt know HKS made one, thank you I think I'll get that one! thanks for all the advise guys I love these forms.. And turbo isnt that big basicaly is a GT30 and can be controlled fine with aem ems and 750cc injectors.. Will put it on soon get it tunned and dyno at USM tunning, I have 1 full 2nd gen motor 1 built 2nd gen head and a 2.4 fully built that i have to restore because it got rusted since it was sitting too long (sucks!)..

i would get a hard pipe kit and a B.O.V., then downpipe and full exhaust. NO body kit .

cam gears a pointless without cams. Maybe you have them and i missed it

Did all of that, so stage one is done. change plugs to iridum ngks, oil change/ ngk R wires 3 in down pipe to straight pipe apex i N1. all guages cobalt air /fuel etg and boost. but what else.. de jon intale with aem dry filter too.

I would change back to ngk plugs, the Iridiums are hit and miss for people and cost far more.

Do all the maintence. I would recommend the 60k maintance:
Change plugs,
Change wires
Change fuel filter
Change belts (timing, balance shaft and accessories aswell as tensioner pulleys)
Change water pump
new OEM pcv valve

At this point your going to start moving into the expensive realm of mods.

He said he got a Slowboy FMIC and a Greddy Type RS BoV. If you don't already have a full 3" turbo-back I would suggest getting one. The a'pexi is my favorite. I'd go with a punishment o2 housing and I might even go with an external gate to regulate your boost. If you've already done those I would shoot for some 272/272's.. Fun stuff bro check out the upgrade path to see where you should head next!

That is a good size turbo for showing some Evo's and SRT's what’s up, I would also recommend going with some bigger injectors though you will make some good power with750cc your always going to want more and will not be able to push that turbo with 750s especially if you want use E85. I have a 16g and run 1100cc FIC injectors

Ok sounds good put my HKS 272 camshafts on buy a new HKS timing belt and balancer belt, buy a new water pump (mine just started leaking) good call.. get my valve cover powder coated and some dress up things for the engine bay. I wish I had bought the greedy type S BOV though..

Get a balance shaft removal kit while your at it. EMS and a big turbo, and you have my respect but your also gonna need more fuel. Those 750's are ok but your gonna need bigger if you really want to open that turbo up(i,e 1000cc), also dont forget a fuel pump and AFPR(which you will need for anything over 190lph). With all that power being put down your also gonna need a clutch(i,e act 2600). And if right now you have that bov dont vent it. As for the timing belt the OEM belt is the best way to go.

ok I'll probably have to buy new injectors and my 255 walbro should be fine then.. I cant wait for engine bay to look like most of your guy's cars and hang with them too..

Make sure you get a afpr to make the best out of your fuel system.
You don't have to get it, but it's a suggestion to run it at it's best.

Don't buy that BOV You will regret you ever did Get a Tial or something just not that.

I have the type RS already in my slowboy system..

I got my HKS hi-power cat back system, I switched my belts and got a big 16g evo 3 turbo. I know I dint put my big turbo on but I wanted something for right now. I bought this car for my daily driver because I have to drive really far for a new job for 6 months untill I work from home again.. so that 16g along with some 550 rc injectors and super AFC should be good for now or maybe just tune it with aem wide band (dont know yet). I also order my HKS belts a water pump and HKS cam gears, I'll put all in along with my HKS 272 camshafts hopefully by the benning of next month. thank all of you for the great advise and if you have more I am still here listening.

I heard it would be.. I'm also gonna be ordering that kit to remove balancing belt off soon to put it all together. will post pictures as soon as I get it all.
