Did you see the big ebay SSAC FMIC thread, that one is $295 shipped with intercooler piping and it has many reviews already.

The link you gave is to an FMIC with no piping. Piping costs a significant amount to have someone fabricate and is a big headache to do it yourself.

Incorrect. Piping is actually very easy to do. However, the XSpower/SSautochrome 2g FMIC kit is an awesome mod for the money. Check out the ginormous thread and you'll see. There's enough information there so you won't have any other questions floating in your head. A recommendation to all and it's an awesome kit

well heres the deal. my highest bid was 315.00 and at the last seocnd soem dude got me for 320. i was so pissed

I have personally not fabricated IC piping, but you would need to buy a plethora of bends and straight piping and flanges for the bov and throttlebody. Then do a lot of test fitting, measuring, and cutting. In addition, the bends may not be at the angle you want. Then you still need to get the pieces welded together. So I don't think it's really that easy to do and is not cost effective given that there are cheaper options.

Did you take the time to click the links to my writeups? I did BOTH setups within 6 hours EACH and that included running to the store a couple of times. I don't think it gets much easier than the way I have outlined it. It entails a couple of 90* bends and such. I think it's just harder in your head since you've never done it before. Take it from me, it's not that hard!

Don't be lazy read that thread, a lot of people have contributed to it, including myself, so no one else has to make another thread or ask questions regarding that kit.
