Managed to pry off the rear Eagle emblem last night in an attempt to see if I could refinish the missing chrome from my eagle. It looks like they used a real mirror finish on the emblem, which I obviously can't replicate...used some Bare-Metal chrome foil which doesn't look TOO bad compared to the the few spots of chrome which I couldn't remove.

Anyhoo, now I'm wondering what to use to glue the emblem back on. Whatever product the factory used was strong as hell and was a real challenge to pry away. Wanted to stick it back on myself...does anyone know if there's a readily available product? Or are we talking body shop supplies only?

Agreed on the 2 sided tape. It basically what most if not all emblems from the factory are applied with, and what we use to reinstall them at the body shop.
