Hello, I am trying to install a glow shift Wideband, and it does not seem to be working out. I am hardwiring it to the ECU pin 76 for the source, sometimes I get code 5, and sometimes it’ll read 10.3, and just stay there with no response at all.

Have to referenced the manual for the errors or googled the errors?

Also have you calibrated the sensor?
All I can find is the control box error code, but there is nothing what so ever online ab these gauges. I’d rather not assume the control box is broken and have to buy a new one, also I have calibrated the sensor. The control box does not function as intended however. It does not “reset” or do anything when I hold the reset button down for 10 seconds

How do you have it wired exactly?

That seems right. According to their install green is for narrowband output and brown for wideand.

It it hooked up to 12v switched (Red wire) AND 12v constant ( yellow)?
Red wire is cigarette fuse, and yellow isn’t hooked up yet, bc I assumed it wasn’t required for it to function at least short term

I think it needs the yellow as it's main power and red is some sort of switched power that tells the control box to come on, almost like a relay.

Run the yellow cable to the battery or something easily accessible to constant power and then maybe unplug the power to the control box and plug it back in to reboot it.

I wouldn't connect them to to same source (cigarette lighter fuse) as it might blow that fuse from current draw, POSSIBLY. Just to test, twist up the yellow wire to a longer wire and stick it in the battery terminal just to see if that's your problem.

Makes sense when u explain it like that. I will try this in a few hours and report back. Praying that’s all it is.

That did not fix it

New issue… so when I power it on, now it either hangs out at 19 or 10, and still does not change according to actual afr
