Anyone run this unit?

Local guy here has one that ran on a 4G, but I dont see a whole lot of info? Any input? I would prefer DSM/ECM link or SAFC - but with emissions and VIN check being a concern with NC inspection law - and I really only plan to run at most 550s - AND the guy is selling it cheap. This looks to be a good option.
Thoughts?
Thanks!

all the others have small control boards to setup in the car somewhere. Ecmlink you just swap the chip in the ecu. Then use a USB off the obd port to a computer. But about the gizmo, I've used there ms-ibc and it worked amazing for my needs. This controller is just to manipulate the a/f by tricking the ecu's cam signal. It kinda sounds like it doesn't work if you have a non-abjustsble cam sensor. So depending on the year motor you have this may or may not work. If non it makes it a tach a shift lite and afc. Which sounds like it just lets you monitor a/f ratio, not adjust. Only if you have a adj cam sensor can you use the controller feature.
