I saw a 95 talon tsi, the guy said its a flood car and the entire head was rebuilt, new clutch, flywheel, starter, all belts, and tie rods? By the way what are tie rods?

he said one piston has spun, and the rod bearings need replacing. He is asking $2400 for the car.

car also comes with chrome rims, 14b turbo,boost controller,fuel pump, boost gauge,1g bov, and intake.

What do you guys think?

Its got a flood title then, he will probably never sell it to anyone else actually... Ofer 1000 and see if he will take it, then 6bolt swap it.

I agree with the XXX<$1000 offer. $2400 is way too much for a flood car that also needs internal work.
