Hey guys I was wondering what transmission fluid to use on my rebuilt 1g dsm trans and what spark plugs should I use?

I swear by redline mt-90. As far as plugs use ngk bpr-6es if pretty much stock, if running a decent amount of mods (intake, full exhaust, higher boost like 15psi and up) use bpr-7es plugs

I prefer the bpr-7es plugs, but only if your going to be running high boost really. There's a couple discussion forums about plugs, it really comes down to how you tune and drive your car.

As already been said mt-90 is good stuff for DSM manual transmissions.

And NGK BPR6ES for stock boost and BPR7ES for more boost.

Either would work for you, but most will say that the 6's are fine as would I.

Thank you for the info liquidx now i know witch to used since i want to be careful since my last spark splug got crush by the piston 4 and rocker arm broke in pieces.
