Gear oil mistake

Ok guys I think I made a huge mistake super newbie thing but Im not new just didnt think. So I did the 5 speed swap in my 1g and i go to fill the gear oil and put it in the top bolt that is between the shifter cables is this completly bad or will i be just fine as long as I check the level with the right filler plug? ( I know im a idiot ) I would figure it would just go down but thought I would ask before i drive the car.

I made the same mistake the first time I took my tranny out. Lol

Nothing to worry about though, it all made its way to where it was suppose to be. You should be fine, just check it at the actual full plug and make sure it is full. I did the exact same thing and nothing bad happened.

Ok cool thanks was freaking out that I may have to start all over again..

For what its worth, I always fill my trans thru the reverse switch. Its just easier for me, I just take the fill plug out and fill it on a level surface thru that hole.
