Hello everyone, i'm not new but I guess in still on probation so here we go...

I got a 95 talon off of a guy at a small dealership. I know what I was getting myself into because I've never had it easy with any car I owned. I got it before winter hit and it was running cool for like 2 weeks. Then I started to notice that it was spitting water/coolant out of the coolant can after I run it hard on the highway. I've read a lot of the posts and topics. Replaced all my lines having to do with the cooling system and replaced the cap. The car was killing coolant every 3 days. So I sat it down for the winter, made sure I had coolant/water about 80/20 mix. So when it warmed up I turned it on and it started right up thanks to my battery tender. But I noticed a lot of water leaking from the turbo. So I took the cap off and put more water in and it leaks right back out. Now based on all the posts I've read about air getting into the system and turning into steam and making the motor over heat. My question is if there is water leaking from the turbo is that still somehow allowing air to get into the cooling system making it over heat? Water was also spitting out the exhaust header on the side of the motor what the water pump is on. That made me think cracked cylinder head. I was saving up money to buy a new one but has anyone every heard of or had this issue before? The turbo i'm running is a 16g by the way. I work for summit racing equipment and this is my first turbo car so i'm kinda of at a loss... Thanks in advance...

You have coolant that runs through the turbo. You should remove the turbo and check for damage. Otherwise, you may have a series of damaged items in the engine ranging from a cracked head to a bad headgasket.

Perform a leak down test as well as a coolant system pressure test. This will help you determine where your issue is.

That's whats I was guessing... If it dose happen to be the cylinder head do you know where I can get a good one?

People constantly sell cylinder heads, both bare and complete in the classifieds. You should be able to view the classifieds, but are not able to post as you are not a full member just yet.

Go ahead and inspect everything first before you jump in that deep, however.

99% sure you have a head gasket problem if you're filling the recovery tank. This also over-pressurizes the cooling system, causing old rubber hoses to blow (like the ones going to the turbo). You can route water around the turbo if you need to do some testing, but I'm going all-in on a head gasket problem. They're not too hard to do- last one took me around 8 hours, start to finish...and that included repairing a stripped bolt hole on the turbo and a manifold stud that pulled out of the head.

If you overheated the car as a result of the gasket leaking, DO NOT attempt to re-use that head without getting it machined.

Alright guys I have all my parts to get this fixed... I ordered a fresh 16g and cylinder head that's already ported, my clutch was going bad to so I got a duel friction and new flywheel and slave cylinder... I'll post my results tomorrow before I go to work? Anyone wanna bet??? Cracked head? Head gasket or Turbo??? :hellyeah:
