I am installing the dual pump kit in my 2g awd. Are you guys leaving the bucket installed in the tank or are you removing it? Looks like it is designed to keep the fuel from sloshing away from the pump pickups. Not sure if the dual pumps will fit down in it like the single did. Should I remove it or leave it.

my suggestion to you would be to leave it cause it came from factory like that for a reason so therefore serves:thumb: some sort of purpose.

I know it's purpose. I am worried about it not being large enough to fit both pumps it's not quite centered and i have the pumps pickups slightly fanned out so as not to be trying to get fuel from the same place. I'm hoping someone that runs this setup will chime in and let me know what they are doing.

Finally did get it installed and I left the basket in. Do you know if it is required to run the feildgoal post looking thing that goes on the drain and feed from other side of the tank?
