When am crusing at 65 mph in 5th gear and looking at my datalogger my high fuel trim reads 81, mid fuel trim reads 107, and low fuel trim reads 139. Am also reading 10 inch's of vacuum(I think vacuum is measured in inchs). Are these number rich or lean / good or bad and what should I do to fix them if there not good. Also I think I need an o2 sensor cause the numbers dont change.

Sorry about the double post, I didnt see the other posts on the same topic.
