Oshawa,
Here's the issue I'm having, or well, here's the story:

My car was losing fuel out of the back, so I checked and it was my old fuel sending unit had a corroded fuel tube from the top. Anyways, removed the fuel sending unit, send it to someone to install a Walbro 255lph pump in it with the general rebuild with AN -6 Fittings. He re-did all the terminals as well.

Anyways, I drop the unit back in the car, go to fire it up, it fires up fine, car pulls hard, things feel good. Can't smell gas inside the car anymore, so no more leak.

So then I turn the car off, go inside, go to go back out a couple hours later, hesitant start so I drive around a bit, then come home and don't bother, let it sit for another hour, go to fire it up, NO START. Pop off the 90 degree AN fitting and crank it over no fuel is coming out. Pull it out, pull it apart, put it all back together, go and fire it up, she's running good, take it around the block, come back, turn it off. Next morning, go to go out, cranks but no start, pop the fitting, crank it, no fuel AGAIN. Do the same thing I did before, then put it back in, still NO START.

Give it a couple days, do the same thing I did before, but this time use that electric grease on the connections / plug from the unit to the Walbro. Go to start, it starts good, come home, go to start it today, NO START. Rebuild it all again, still nothing. Replaced my 80A fuse, checked and re-checked all the wiring / connections, still no start.

Any idea what could be going wrong.

My setup has been pretty much put back to stock because I'm selling the car. Anyways, specs are
15psi on the 14B
550CC injectors
2G MAF

Ok, i'm running a 12gauge wire directly from the battery to the pump, with a toggle switch in between. Ghetto install for now, I know. Is there an inline fuse holder I should have with what amperage fuse should I use?

I'm guessing a 30A fuse?

30A will do it. Anything less and you risk blowing it. I blew out a 25A fuse once already. Put a 30A fuse in and haven't had trouble since.
