Where would be best to purchase fuel lines. I have a broken fuel line from the fuel pump, as some of you may know that on 1g's the fuel line coming from the fuel pump tends to break if it is rusted. Mine is broken and I temporarily have a rubber line with hose clamps on it. The line leaks once I get on it. I wanted to know if you guys knew where to get fuel lines and a fitting so I can replace this. I would really appreciate anyones help soon.

If you are talking about what I think you are, I would cut off the 90 degree part you broke and weld on a new 90 with a new B-nut on it.

Dont weld it while it is still fitted!!!!!!!!!!!!! you acn also sleeve it with the next size up fuel line (3/8) and solder it! that you can do while its still fitted.

this should be reported to the moderators for being an idiot!

take soft copper tubing that will sleeve over your line from your local hardware store (ask the nice person for help ^_^ ) find some JB Weld and there ya go, also if you have a torch u can heat up a copper line the same size that you have (while its not near the gas tank!) and streetch it to sleeve over. if you can use the soft copper with a commpression fitting. it should work fine.

I am an idiot because I gave him advice to fix it right? Wow that is the most ignorant thing I have ever heard. And your idea of a good fix is copper tubing and JB Weld, hmmmm. your smart :thumb: Your fix is no better than his rubber tube fix. My feed line broke when I was doing my fuel pump. I cut it off at the base, drilled it out to 3/8 and welded a new 3/8" 90 degree tube with a -6 B-nut and I now have -6 from the tank up. And I am an idiot, give me a break. :thumbdown

"this" cannot be "an idiot". Grammar tells us this.

The rules tell us about calling names.

Yes that is what I did, I assumed that someone would know to remove the pump assembly before welding on it.
