fuel lab afpr won't adjust.

I just installed a new 255 walbro and fuel lab afpr. I start the car and it runs like crap. The gauge read 20 lbs I can adjust in or out with the vac line off and there is no change still 20 lbs. Any idea whats happening.

You double checkthat your gauge is in all the way and the right place (assuming you did) and your afpr is hooked up correctly you double checked?

Fuel leak. Possibly in the tank where the pump goes into the sending unit.

That's what I'am thinking.

Sence my fuel pressure so low would that affect the timing, the timing at idle is like 17 deg.
