So I bought a fuel lab afpr, now on the treads what should be used to seal everything,

1. the fitting on the top?

2. the fitting for my boost gauge? I think

3. blue fitting on right?

4. gold fitting on bottom

5. blue fitting on left?

6. gauge in middle?

also how do I hook this all up, is the gold fitting on the right for my boost gauge and then the intake manifold? and the gold one on the bottom is the fuel return right?

IIRC, AN fittings should not require anything on the threads. Clean them before install, yes - however shit like teflon tape can cause more trouble than it's worth. NPT fittings though are good with teflon I believe. Someone should be able to confirm or trash my statements.

Do not use anything on the AN threads! Only use Teflon tape on the nipple for the vac line and the fuel pressure gauge. AN fitting is a pressure fitting and doesn't require anything else but tension. The basic instructions are in the fuel lab box to know where to put things.

So only use teflon on numbers 2 and 6?...the rest just clean and put on?

Yes but #2 is the vacuum line running to your fuel solenoid, which I have removed on my car so instead it runs directly to my intake manifold. This vacuum line is the one that is most likely teed for your boost gauge line.
