I just installed a new full 3" exhaust including the o2 housing on back, and now my car tends to stumble a little at full boost. I have the stock fuel system and engine management, but I didn't think that a AFC was needed just for a bigger exhaust. I am planning on getting one anyway when i upgrade my fuel system, but is there anything I can do in the meantime? Thanks.

In your sig I saw that you have some nice mods that are flowing a lot of air but your fuel system is still stock. Thats probably causing the fuel cut especially with the 2g mas because it flows so much air. So get at least a upgraded fuel pump and then go with some injectors and AFC and you should be good to go. Also you may want to check your plugs to see if they are fouled, they could also be the culprit of the stumble at full boost. Hope this helps.

Are you getting boost spike? Pushing the boost past 15psi? I think it's probably fuel cut, or just plain not enough fuel.

Um, I bet you are knocking like crazy. (see following comments)

Sort of. That 2g mas isn't stock
, but I didn't think that a AFC was needed just for a bigger exhaust.

It isn't, but it is needed for that 2g mas, as it is calibrated differently. You can't just throw parts at the car and expect them to work with no tuning
I am planning on getting one anyway when i upgrade my fuel system,

You have already altered the a/f system.

but is there anything I can do in the meantime? Thanks.

Put your 1g mas back on
or
Get 550's and afc

Also try to avoid multiple threads of the same thing to keep from cluttering up the board.

Hey, yeah I haven't updated my mod list yet I am not running the 2g mas yet and my fuel system is still stock, all I have is the intake pipe and filter, as well as the exhaust.I did have fouled plugs but I changed them. I really need to get my tunning equiptment and get goin on that.
my computer was messin up and I am sorry for the double post.

If that's the case, then turn your boost down until you upgrade your fuel system.
