OK well this is going to be short but its better than nothing.Well it was pretty easy to install if you have a 1g yes you do have to take the extra 2 minutes to take the fuel rail off and yes you do have to take the extra minute to file of 2 little spots for the adapter plate. The only problem I ran into was the gauge, but thats my fault because I decided to use a 1/4" NPT instead of the 1/8" as directed, so alot of adapter where required. The AFPR got rid of my nasty idle where it would almost stall and die and idle real low at times liek 500 rpms, now its at a steady idle of 800, its also not as lumpy. And now suddenly cylinder 1,2,3 and 4 all run rich opposed to before where the first half would run rich then fade off to lean. This also solved my knock problem. Well if I think of sopmething I missed out I will post it later.

The good:
No knock
No lean cylinders 3 and 4
Good gas mileage
Easy to install
looks good
alot more convieniant than the other afpr's avalible

The bad:
You have to file down the fuel rail
You have to take off the fuel rail

Also this fuel setup is 550cc injectors, MAFT blowthorugh, SAFC, Walbro 255lph fuel pump, 43psi base pressure

Heres a pic of my phone, sorry not the best quality:

I have a 90 TSI and mine popped right on. Install was in 30 minutes. I didn't have to file down or remove anything except for the stock FPR obviously. The part that took the longest was getting it into the adapter plate onto the rail. The bottom screw is a P.I.T.A. Other than that I didn't have any issues at all. I guess if I had removed my rail I wouldn't have had such a problem with the bottom screw but I still managed to do it relatively easy.

I have one and it was a PITA to get on. I actually dropped one of the stupid screws down in the lower timing cover during installation so i had to take all that off to get it out. Not fun. Besides the install I love it. Works awesome. Why do you have your base pressure set at 43 instead of 37-38 like a 1g should be?

Because aftermarket injectors are flow rated @ 43.5 psi. I the fp was any lower you are not getting the full 550/650720 etc out of your injectors. Its just the standard pressure used
