Paid for some springs dec 27th it's now Jan 27th and still have not received them. Filed a complaint with PayPal.

Your item was shipped on the 7th, I have a receipt that says I shipped it to Canada, unfortunately usps does not issue tracking numbers for international deliveries. I called usps and they gave me the number to Canada customs but they are currently closed. I filled out customs form# lc070100822us. The guy told me that if I entered it on their site it would prove that indeed the item was sent out, it just wouldn't be able to tell if the item was already delivered or not. That's why I will call Canada customs on monday and see what they can do with that form #.
Other than that I don't know what you want me to do, item was sent out to you, I will provide this evidence to paypal but you will not come here and say that I ripped you off because I didn't, I sent out your parts.

I will not issue a refund.
I care that I shipped the item.
Tracking is available to Canada, via ups or fedex. Their international shipping rates are ridiculous, they wanted over $120 for an item worth $220? I will not do that. USPS does not provide tracking on international deliveries, that's what the guy on the post office said and the customer service representative I spoke to earlier.
