Decided it's about time I sell my DSM and move on to something more modern (Evo!). It's got a quite a list of mods so hopefully you don't get bored on the scroll down :)

The car has just passed smog (legally!) so if sold within the next 90 days, buyer won't have to re-smog to transfer ownership and drive it.

Chassis:
269,012 miles on chassis

Engine:
Approx 2000 miles on motor
Ported intake and exhaust ports
Big bore lifters, 5 angle valve job
SI 1mm oversized nitraded valves w/ bronze valve guides
Ferrea dual springs and retainers
HKS 272/272 intake and exhaust cams w/ Fidanza adjustible cam gears
Greddy kevlar timing belt
O-ringed deck
Arias .020-over forged pistons / 8.6:1 compression ratio
Manley TurboTuff I-beam connecting rods
ARP main and head studs and rod bolts

Driver's side door lock cylinder needs to be replaced (someone tried to pick it)
Driver's side window regulator will need to be replaced (still works, just need to guide glass up)

Badass ride! If that thing was Auto I'd be in heaven.

It feels good to be lookin to get back into the DSM game and yours is an awesome example but even with cash in hand my budget is about half of that hahaha. Keep up the good work, you did a great job on it!

This bad boy is gunna need a cage ASAP.

On a side note, I'm wondering if you figured out your blue smoke issues from before? Was it the turbo that was damaged by the previously blown motor or something else? Did the HTA need a rebuild?

I did suspect the turbo, so I sent it in to FP to have it checked out (still under warranty). They found nothing wrong with it, but they did mention to check my oil supply to the turbo and my PCV system.

Turns out there was too much pressure out the oil feed line. Didn't have that issue with the previous motor, probably because it had balance shafts while this new motor doesn't. I moved it back to the stock feed port on the head and no more oil in the intake pipe and no more smoke :)
