Actually, Lowe's in the city where I live has a very nice selection of metric body bolts which I like a lot. You may try a hardware store's specialty fastener isle for these bolts. They are not identical to the factory bolt, but I actually liked them better and replaced all of mine with these. As far as getting the broken ones out, buy a GOOD QUALITY extractor set. You will use the provided drill bit to drill through the broken bolt, and then use the extractor to twist it out. If this does not work, you can drill the bolt out completely and retap it.

Good luck, I hope this helps you.

fender bolts are m6x20mm. you can pick some up from fastenal or if you're lucky, a local hardware. its hard to find that size where i live cause its more out in the countryish but fastenal can get basically anything you want.

like they said above, a decent extractor set can get those broken ones out.

if you want a little more custom looking bolt, Motiv Race - Home has allen head bolt kits. you can either buy them there or find everything somewhere else for cheaper like i did. i replaced most of my bolts with ones like these in the pics
