what are yhey, and how do i do them on my 97 gs-t

I know one is to gain more boost from stock without a boost controller would be to take a screw that is a little bigger than the vacuum hose that goes into your WGA screw the screw into that piece and then pull it out.. It opens it up some and gives you a few more PSI over stock.. That is one that is free and easy..

I think you mean stick a screw into the BCS to pull out the restrictor. But if this is done wrong, it's a GREAT way to crack the BCS nipple off.
