Fraud!!!

We were recently a victim of an online fraud for $5k. The person lives in Miami, FL and he ordered 3 sets of KW coilovers. I have 3 addresses within the 5 mile radius and I am suspecting that it's the same person. What do you suggest I do? If any of you live in Miami I would love to offer finders fees. We are located in CA

More than likely, it will require a personal trip to FL to file charges in the district the offense happened in and then a return trip for court. The $5k can be eaten up very quickly in airfare but travel should be the responsibility of the defendant if he is found guilty.
