I found my big boost leak this morning. It's comming from the gap inbetween the ISC and the coolant port on the TB. There's a picture of a throttle body attached with the leaking area circled in red.

Is this just the ISC o-ring leaking?

So I've looked at some more TB pictures and that ISC o-ring is the only gasket I see around that area. There's them two hoses but it dosn't seem to be comming from either of them.

Would like someone to confirm this is only an ISC leak?

It seems it would have to be. Change the o-ring and put some sealant or something on it. It couldnt be leaking from the hoses, no air should be in them. Also, where did you get your hose for your boost leak tester? I went to NAPA trying to buy some 2.5 inch rad hose, and they wanted 18.99 a foot!

Oh man, I started at Autozone, went to Napa, went to Lowes, went to a plumbing company and could only find a max of 1.5" hose.

I then went to a hardware store "TrueHardware" and they had a bunch of different size "Flexible Couplings" for sewer lines. The one I bought has a 2" opening at one end and 3" at the other. It also comes with clamps on both ends. Cost $4.99. I then bought a 1.5" pvc end cap and set of tire valves which together cost about another $5.

So I'd say your best bet is to call around Hardware stores and ask for a 2"x3" Flexible Coupling. They're about 4-5inches long and made of black rubber. It fits my 2.5" turbo inlet perfectly.

Thanks for the confirmation Snowbird, I didn't think there were any other gaskets in that area.

I don't know the answer to the throttle body question but I used the coupler between my intake pipe and the turbo inlet for my boost leak tester.

Thanks for the answer on the hose, I know exactly what you are talking about and have seen them at ACE hardware. As far as that leaky ISC, try some sealant or make yourself a gasket if you cant find an o-ring fast enough.
