I know you are looking for new but check out Mitsubishi Graveyard: http://www.mitsubishigraveyard.com/ Im sure they have ones that are not damaged and wont take you to the cleaners.

I think eBay is the best place to get something like that at a cheap price. Or you could check an aftermarket OEM parts supplier.
