oke try it one more time got confused at newbies section
question is;wich flywheel to go with 2600ACT clutch?
lightweight ACT or much lighter fidanza alu flywheel?this is for street driving.wich one wil give better performance and wil not wear out too fast OMG

I have an ACT 2600 with an ACT X-ACT flywheel and I love it. But I'm not sure on the wearing out issue because I have only had it for a couple weeks but I love the performance!

I have been using a Fidanza for quite some time now, along with my 2600. I like it a lot! If you are doing drag only, I'd recommend the ACT flywheel, as it has a little more mass to it (more inertia on launch.)

I personally use the ACT 2600/Fidanza setup and love it, however it is not for everyone, I have installed quite a few ACT 2100/ACT Xact setups in customer cars and have not had a complaint yet.

I would not use the extra money for the Fidanza, the ACT Streetlite is great for street driving and cheap to.

When driving you wont even notice a difference between the stock and light flywheels. They are great for double-clutching and downshifting because it will rev quicker when not in gear.

I have the ACT Streetlite flywheel and love it

hi there thanks for the info thet goes for all you guys(see above)
is there a big difference in performance between the two flywheels as the fidanza is much lighter than act?
what i want is to make quick launches wich one will give me more advantage? thanks again:thumb:

The stock flywheel will give you better launchs at the drag strip. A lighter than stock flywheel requires you to rev a little higher to get the as good a launch as with a stock unit.

Youll notice that when coming from a complete stop, youll have to slip the clucth a little longer at the same 1.5k rpm's.

About the "performance" difference between the two, I cant comment on that. Though because of the difference in weights I can tell you that if I were an auto-xer I would get the Fidanza, a serious drag racer a stock flywheel, but because I like both aspects of racing I got the ACT Streetlite.
