Flywheel question

Which flywheel will go best with an act 2100 clutch kit with street disc...i was thinking about the ACT XACT ..what do you guys think?

I have the XACT Chromoly with a 2100 and it holds up great on my setup. Well as long as I don't try to launch it that is.

ACT will probably tell you the same thing, but I can vouch for the fact that it's a quality piece.

Thank you andymoraitis those are the type of anwers I'm looking for. I don't race my car that much so I don't really launch it, if i ever race it's off a roll and i hardly ever do that too. Thanks bro

I ran a Fidanza flywheel with my ACT 2100 setup eariler in the year on my 2.3L stroker. It didn't like that. After a few 30psi track passes, the clutch was slipping badly. After that, it would slip daily on the street in 4th and 5th. Upon inspection, I found that the Fidanza's replaceable friction disk had warped a good amount, as well as the pressure plate a bit. You should have seen the hot spots on them.

I saw Dan's flywheel for myself and it was warped and hot spotted so badly that it looked like someone had taken a mallet to it. I know Dan was running some strong boost on a stroker, but that flywheel looked horrendous and he's not an abusive driver.
