Literally finished the car on the trailer the night before the races. Running a FP3065 on pump with very little tune time so we kept the boost pretty low (19-20) and a NASTY rich tune, looked like a diesel down track:toobad: Old street tires at full pressure led to bad wheel spin in 1st and 2nd killing my 1/8 times, but too poor to replace them right now...LOL.

Anyway, never launched an AWD on the track with VHT down and it showed. Practicing in parking lots does nothing for preparing for a track launch.

RUN # 60' 1/8 1/4 TRAP
1 2.5+ 8.9+ 13.28 114 (Bogged bad, but did cut a .008 light)
2 2.5+ 8.7+ (Bogged Agin, Didn't run out, tried to shift into 2nd instead of 4th..oops)
3 2.1+ 8.5+ 12.83 118 (Spun Madly at Line)
4 1.7+ 8.2+ 12.7 113 (Good Launch, missed 2nd and 3rd shifts)

On the only good launch of the day I just had to miss not 1....but 2 gears....DANGIT. After seeing tape of Run 4, no doubt it was a solid mid-11 without the gear misses. I had about a second lag in the 1-2 upshift:cry:

Still happy with the car given no tune time and low boost. Car ran 7 flat 1/8 and 11.5 1/4 times on the FPGreen (and a good driver, not me:shhh: ) but only trapped in the 113-115 range. After seeing my trap times now, once I have some solid dyno time, good boost, and a tank of C16, I should be pleased. Oh yea, after I learn to drive it that is.

Good luck with the setup, driver experience really does come into play.

Just wondering how you are pulling off 7.0 1/8 mile times, since these are 10 second times. (10.7's to be more accurate)

For example, my last pass with a very soft launch was a 7.1 @ 109 in the 1/8 mile, and a 10.8 @ 137mph.

For some reason the FPGreen never seemed to have anything up top, even at very high boost (the 7.0/11.5 run was at 32 or 34 psi, I can't remember). Fell off like a Mitsu turbo likes to up top. Our 7.0 didn't have a trap anywhere near your 109. I'll have to double check, but I want to say it was in the 98-99 range with a 1.6 60'. I'll check the slip and get back with you.

The 3065 however appears to be a completely different animal, it has some serious legs on the top end.

Called my buddy in Huntsville, AL that had the car at the time and the time slip.

I was slightly off in what I remembered.

It did like a 7.08 @ 99 with a 1.6 60' once but the 1/4 wasn't it's best.

The best 1/4 slip was;

1.61 60' -- 7.3 @ 97 1/8 -- 11.6 @ 120 1/4 This was with C16 and 32 psi on the FPGreen
