finally got her running but she sputters

The car idles perfect, runs really well under load, but no boost. It will hold like 3 PSI then sputters really bad. I have all new plugs and wires and all my piping is nice and tight. but i don't have my DP on yet. Can this cause my sputter? stock turbo and fuel system with just upgrade ic, piping, and bov.

Where and how bad were your boost leaks?

Lol looks like a t25 with a fmic, which either:

A. Your intercooler is to big for such a small turbo.
b. You have really bad boostleaks
c. You have an exaust leak or a bad 02 sensor.
d. Your wastegate flapper is stuck open.
e. Your not running stock boost >.>

nope, nope, maybe, nope, and nope.
Stock BCS, waste gate is fine, not a front mount. I currently run a big SMIC with hard piping. I say maybe to the exhaust leak but my down pipe being off shouldn't effect afr's and I don't have pre-turbo leaks.

It will build more than 5 psi but it sputters REALLY badly when it does.
