Can't seem to find the torque specs for the bolts on this. It's got 18 of the phillips screws and nuts. Just tight or whats the deal here? Thanks in advance...

Fidanza's site doesn't specify torque specs for those screws. Just use a good electric screwdriver to tighten them down. It may sound strange but use a single layer of teflon tape around the screws for peace of mind. I wouldn't recommend using any type of locktite since I'm afraid you might not be able to remove the screws in the future. Good luck!
