Ok i can hear air coming from the adjuster bolt on the top of my Greddy Bov. The bolt feels like it dosent fit it's really loose. Could this little leak be the problem for my loss of power and what should i do to fix it. I'm running 8-9 psi and everytime i try to turn it up it stays the same. Also when i rev my engine my bov never goes off.

Yes it's a common problem for that screw to strip. Some people have re-tapped, some people have sealed it. Eventually you will just have to buy a new BOV.

you unhooked it like....? took it off completely and put the BCS back on? if its messed up, just unscrew the bolt and make sure that everything is right inside, and that you had it hooked up right in the first place (bottom to the BOV vac. line, and then side barb goes to the actuator) and if everything is right, keep screwing it in to raise the boost...

i just unplugged the mbc from the wastegate and my boost went up. everytime i would try to turn it up but when i un plugged it it went up

i guess this is why there is a newbs forum.

ugh, make sure your boost controller is hooked up otherwise you will have big problems. if your boost controller is only giving you 9psi and your want more, then friggen turn it up!

as for the bov... just get it retapped and helicoiled, or set it where it's suppsoed to be and then locktite it (might work if the screw isnt TOO bad)
