I'll be ordering a ported SBR cast exhaust manifold and an EGT gauge within the next week. I'd like to buy a new o2 housing while im at it, but i dont have the cash yet. my questions are as such...

1. after i install this sbr mani, how hard is it going to be to install a new o2 housing in a few weeks when i can afford it? Am i going to need to take off the exhaust mani?

2. at any point during installing these exhaust components will my boost raise? i know after i installed my 3" downpipe and cat-back it raised my boost from 10psi to 15psi. This is with my manual boost controller at its lowest setting. I'm still going to be running the T-25 for at least a couple months, and i know it doesnt like seeing more than 15-16psi.

3. has anyone used this o2 housing, or know anyone that has that can give me feedback on it? http://www.slowboyracing.com/shop.php?sid=&cat=1104 i dont want an o2 dump, my car is loud enough.

4. would these mods, in addition to the mods i have in my vehicle profile, be good supporting mods for a clipped/ported evo 16g? (the turbo i intend to get) also before the turbo ill be getting a walbro 190 and will re-wire it, MAYBE a front mount also, if i should)

No you don't need to take off the exhaust mani, just unbolt the O2 housing from the turbo and down pipe.

Sounds like you are getting boost spike, when you install the O2 housing your boost might end up going down.

Looks like a decent O2 housing.

You can upgrade to a 16G but you wont be able to use it to its full potential until you get some fuel mods and a FMIC.

well i guess i knew i didnt have to take the mani off, but i just wondered if it took a day and a half to get those bolts out, without moving the mani outta the way.

So you are saying then that with my current mods, and a walbro 190/rewire, i would have enough support for a ported/clipped evo 16g? just want to be sure.
