Exhaust Manifold

I drove my 90' AWD talon around the block for the first time in acouple of weeks, i car ran as good as it noranly does. So i got on it acouple of times around 15-18 psi boost. when i goto home it was dark out side so i poped the hood to leak check the motor, and my Exhaust Manifold was glowing red hot. Is this normal or is there an problem. thanks Joe

Thats Normal...thats why the factory put a heat shield there
