Exhaust manifold need immediate help

i am trying to remove the exhaust manifold and i have all the bolts nuts and stud off but the thing wont slide out.... the gasket on the bottom part of the manifold wont slide out either, its loose but feels as if there is something holding it inside so if anyone knows what to to please help.

is the turbo still on it. I know i had to wiggle mine alot becuase the studs on the turbo kept the manifold from sliding off. If this is ## issue you can remove the turbo. or take off the braket that holds the down pipe so it will have a little more play.

There is a metal ring about 1/2" wide by 2" diameter that goes between the turbo and the manifold. Just push the turbo down if you can, and the manifold should slide right off the head.

ok cool i think it is the metal ring, i am removing my turbo anyway because i have a big boost leak on it so i guess ill just switch up the order im doing it in. thanks guys

Either unbolt the turbo or unbolt the downpipe
