Exhaust chocies

I am saving up for an exhaust after I replace my T-belt but I was wondering will aluminzed piping or w/e that they use on APEXI exhaust will that rust thru? I live up in northern Ohio and salt and snow are a big prob in the winter for us. I'm a 97 GSX and I'm wondering what APEXI catbacks hook up to the AWD. I'm looking for a good 3 inch exhaust but I have even been considering the GT spec 3.3 inch catback form Apexi. Also how big are the RSR catbacks? Sorry for not searching but I've had trouble finding info on what Apexi catbacks fit the AWD because I've found some peopel claim that they have this or that exhaust on their AWD but I can't find certain Apexi models that say they fit the AWD. yes i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND a stainless steel exhaust (the Apexi GT) over the N1 (aluminum). Yes they do make N1 for GSX CLICK HERE . The RSR is a 3" and is much cheaper but many ppl complain that they dont get it for 2-3 months. Here is a link to the GT for a GSX CLICK HERE

WOW thanks for all the info that was the help I was looking for. How do you feel about the 3 inch Thermal Catback , I've heard it sounds great but is it true it will not bolt up to the stock cat?

the Thermal R&D sounds WAY BETTER than any japanese brands exhaust, and is stainless steel to begin with. It does bolt onto the stock cat because it starts as a 2.5" by the cat then 4-5 inches it becomes a full 3".

Ive been damned happy with my Buschur 3in turboback exhaust...sounds nice and throaty..It is also stainless steel..Was like 850 shipped.. and thats for everything..It also fit like a glove..only thing i have against it is the tip sticks too far out so I am cutting it down and re-welding it to make it look a little less silly
