evo 8 fuel pump install

hey guys, first off please no "why did you bother with an evo pump, why didnt you just get a walbro?" replies, i got a good deal on it when i bought the 560's off someone. i was just wondering if anyone has information on how to install one of these in a 91 awd? is wiring going to have to be messed with? is it going to drop right in? id like to know what im getting into before it gets here in the mail, ive never done a fuel pump install. thanks in advance!

The installation process is the same as a Walbro for the 1Gs. Only a direct drop-in for the (turbo) 2Gs. But I will say the Evo 9 pump is a noticeable improvement over the Evo 8. But the Evo 8 is better than nuthin' I suppose.

Do you have the plug that goes into the pump?

im not sure what all is gonna come with it, i will be recieving it in the mail sometime next week probably. i think the guy said he removed the whole assembly so idk i was just wondering if im gonna have to alter it or just drop it in? and yeah im guessing the plug will be different?

i droped an evo 8 pump in my last fwd 1g and it dropped right in the only difference was that the float was a lil higher than the stock one so i couldnt let my gas run so low but it worked pretty good.its equivalent to a denso 190lph from what the guy who sold it to me said
