hi everyone, my engine temperature gauge ( on cluster ) doesnt move, it always shows cold i dont know why is that, my water temperature gauge ( aftermarket ) however shows does go up and down. I think that im getting bad gas mileage because of this since the car would think that it needs to warm up and run in open loop mode, please i need help with this ( btw heater works fine)

are both of your coolant temp sensors hooked up correctly on the t-stat housing?

the one circled in the pic is for the cluster gauge, if you look in the background you will see another sensor thats not hooked up, that one goes to the ecu. it has 2 wires.
