Windsor,
Ok I have read a few of the tune up pages and peoples swap ideas but heres mine. Im taking my 92 talon turbo engine and putting it in my 94 ES body, Im keeping the 94 ES tranny, and Have found(*gotten help*) info for fixing that tranny. So basically this is my list of things that I have to get before before starting this endevour (sp). Am I missing anything?

Belts: balance shaft, timing, AC, Alternator, Powersteering
Filters: oil, fuel, air, tranny
Oils/fluids: engine, tranny, powersteering, rad
Other: Wires/Plugs

Other things that need to be changed:

Wire harness, ECU, guage cluster

Now Do I HAVE to, or SHOULD I change:

All Gaskets(Gasket set) or (just buy one of the engine kits from ebay? and do it all)

After getting all this done, I want to do a compression test and leak test.

I know that I have to use the ES exaust piping from the cat back because of the body differences and I have a different muffler for it. Is anything else needed?

Yea, my buddy has all the specific tools, but I need a steering wheel puller, we have all the jacks, stands, and cherry picker, Is there a specific grease I should be using when reassembling?? Also what would a good grease be to use for all my joints and stuff on the supension?

pb blaster?? basically a rust be gone?
