After I put my 580cc injectors and S-AFC in last year I have had a weird problem. The car starts and runs fine, no issues. Turn the engine off and then restart it a short time later no problem, but if I try to start the car and hour or two later it will not start right up. It always does fire eventually, it just needs to turn over for about 10 seconds. What's even odder is that if the car sits for a day it will start within a half second of turning the engine over.

hmmm this is just speculation but it could possibly be the fuel pump... I would check your fuel pressure during the time when your having trouble starting it, and see what you get.

Excellent advice! I'd definitely check the fuel pressure first. Sounds like maybe it's leaking down. Did you use all new O-rings/etc? and yes, then the fuel pump.

I had the same problem.. mine turned out to be a wire clip that went to the thermostat housing.. the wires ended up cracking and it seemed like it caused the car to not want to start when it was cold and also the fan would come on right when i would try to start the car.. fixed the wires and it started perfect.. just a place to check

I didn't think of the fuel pump. I was thinking that one of my injectors was leaking, this would cause the cylinder to become flooded. But if one injector is leaking the engine should still start and just run like junk until the extra fuel is dumped out the exhaust or burned.
