I just had my head rebuilt, all the valves, seals were replaced and were lapped. I installed the head, etc, w/ all new gaskets, new T-belt, tensioner etc. Its now running, but it will barely idle, most of the time it wont, it runs reallly rought when you try to get it to idle. The motor is timed and everything, I cant figure out what the problem is. When you get on the gas it will rev right up with no hesitation though, but when its down around 800-2300 rpms it will run like shit, horribly rough and it will vibrate. The motor has good compression 190 on all 4.
When I had the motor apart, I also put in a turbo tranny, clutch and flywheel. I was wondering since the turbo flywheel is heavier, would that have anything to do with it running rough, and causing vibrations down low?

Try running a bottle or two of injector cleaner maybe your injectors are clogged. Is the car stock (other then the turbo tranny/flywheel/clutch)?
