i just had my engine rebuit (ross/eagle, bs eliminator) put oil in it (only about 3.5qts) and the dipstick was wet about half way up. thought it was because of dry turbo lines etc. started it for just like 10 seconds, level was the same, started it for about a minute, same thing. then i changed the oil to check for metal chips/shavings but it was ok. filled it up again w/about 4.5 qts and level it still way high. oil pressure is at the tip of the symbol toward the high side. i have no clue whats going on, asked the machine shop but they have no idea either. also the dip stick slides down the tube but you have to force it the last half inch or so, just throwing that out there. sorry about the essay but i am super worried about my car! please help me
thanks
