So my angine check light went on, havent had time to do anything about it. Has been on for about a month or a little more. I got the car (95 tsi) scanned today and this is what the print out says:

P0125
Clsd Loop Fuel Ctrl
Isufficient
Coolant Temp

Not too sure what that all means. I know it has something to do with the fact that my car is running rich, I can smell it. Possibly with the fuel it eats up as well. Can someone please help me out with this. I would appreciate it. Thanks.

your front o2 died..... get a replacement:thumb:

How do i check the wiring on that sensor? Also, when i hardwired the TT, i take the key out and the e brake up and the car wil turn off by itself but the none of the fans will turn on while the car is counting down, could this be in effect to this problem? I think I have to switch acc. lines or something on the TT. Also, i did hook up my A/F gauge and it turns on and everything but it only shows one green bar on all the way at rich, i thought my o2 sensor was out but I decided to get the car scanned before i went and bought it. The gauge is tapped into the ecu. I know it could be that the gauge is hooked up wrong or that the o2 sensor is out, but could it be that my car is running that rich? Thanks.

You might need a new thermostat. If it is stuck, the computer is going to wonder why the coolant temp is taking so long to reach a sufficient temp to enter closed loop.

Last 2-3 times i got that CEL it always was bad front o2.

Just in case it does end up being o2 www.oxygensensors.com They got em for like $55 shipped....oem/denso.

Not trying to be a smart @$$ but there is hardly ever one problem that can cause one code. Usually, there are multiple problems that can all cause the same code to be pulled. I am not saying that there is nothing wrong with the o2 sensor, but you do have to consider everything.

So I will order the front o2 sensor, which is what I thought was the problem when the check engine light came on. But what about the coolant temp problem? Do you guys think that's the thermostat? Thanks.
