EMS Pro from DIYautotune.

Hey Guys need help. Bought an EMS pro from diyautotune, it's actually an enhance version of megasquirt right?i need the startup base map to start tuning my car, my car specs are, gt35r with 560cc injector, 85.5 forged piston 6 bolt gvr4 motor,272 brian crower. Need help on this realy appreciate your help. Anyone here using megaquirt would be kind enough to share their knowledge.Thank you guys.

You can create your own basemap pretty easily with MS. When you input your fuel injector size (which is too small btw ) and engine size it will calculate the required fuel and make a basemap for you. It is far from perfect but it will get you to a dyno, where you can do a proper tune.

hurm thanks for the reply bro. I'll try. Actually for my injector planning for an upgrade but for the time being i'm not pushing the motor too hard. Got a 4g64 7 bolt lying on the floor, goin to do a full build up already got all the stuffs just waiting to hav free time for myself to put everything 2 gether. Goin for a 2.2ltr motor trying to understands the megasquirt (ems pro) first.

With megatune, the actual tuning is very easy to do. It's all the little settings and features that take time to nail down. The EMS pro is actually more simple than MS-II setups, so it shouldn't take you more than a couple hours to figure it all out. Spend some time, read the megamanual, play with the program without actually doing anything to the car and you'll be well on your way.
