emissions test for 2g with 6bolt 95ecu and dsmlink

ok, I have a 98 gsx with a 1g 6bolt cyclone swap from a galant vr4. I switched to the 95ecu with eprom so I could run dsmlink and pass emissions, or so I thought. is it not true that 96+ have to have the OBDII test? how am going to do that with a 95 ecu? I was misfiring on the stock ecu and switch to the 95 and dsmlink to fix that, but now I need to pass emissions. need help please.

The 95 ECU is OBDII compliant, I just passed California smog with a 95 ECU and DSMLInk in my 99 yesterday. It probably would not have been possible for me to pass without DSMLink, check out the palm version.

so if I get the palm that should be all I need to clear the OBDII monitors? what else am I going to need to pass emissions? I got a cat, dsmlink(laptop version). that should be it right.
