Electrical problems, car wont turn on

Okay I am very frustrated with this problem I am having, So I am asking for any help or advice on from yhall.
The car wont turn on with the key, It jump starts great and does not die after running with the all accessories on. No dimming of lights and such.
After i turn off the the car it does not want to turn on.

1.) Brand new battery, got it three days ago.
2.) I took the alternator out and tested it at advanceautoparts, it passed all test.
3.) brand new 120A alternator fuse, other one blew out some how during all this mess.
4.) I know the starter works it cranks up fine when jump started.

This all happened when messing around with the radio antenna in the trunk. Everytime i would use the radio with the stock infinity amp the radio would just restart its self, using the CD was fine. So i took the infinity amp out and the radio worked without restarting. I dont know why that was happening?
What could it be would a short be doing this?
Sometimes when i put the key in the acc position the dash lights flicker and a clicking noise sounds, i tap the brakes and they stop flickering and the sound goes away. Also sometimes I believe i can here a ticking noise in the steering wheel column. This is driving me nuts!!!

I would be willing to bet that you have a bad battery. Even though it is a new battery doesn't mean it is a good battery. If it will start when jumping it and continue to run eliminates the Alternator as the culprit. The relay vibrating I have no idea unless that is the buzzer for your lights being on with the key in the ignition and the car not running. I would try another battery either borrow one from a friend or take yours back and have it checked or replaced.

^^Okay will do I got the battery from adavanceautoparts it's there Duralast brand.
Also I did the old alternator test and disconneted the negative battery terminal and the car was still running fine. So the alternator is definitely good....

Also u may want to check ## ground wire they are nothing but crap.check and make shure the conections are tight.also may want to grind down the paint behind the wire on the fire wall. I had a problem just like yours and was all because the paint behind the wire for the groung on the fire wall.just a tip may help may not just a little input

your battery is smoked i am willing to bet its a bad one, or you need to clean the battery terminals with a wire brush.

Thanks guys, I got it fixed.
It was a dead battery, tested at advanceautoparts and it was reading around 7 volts.
They replaced it free of charge.
When I took the alternator out and unpluged the electric plug a glop of oil came out from the plug. I cleaned it out with electrical cleaner spray.
So far so good. I will see if I am draining the battery soon, or if the electrical system is working again.
