Electrical Problem I think

While on my way home this afternoon I would hear a clicking noise from under the dash. Then all my console lights would come on seat belt, check engine, anti lock break, etc. If i was stopped when this happened the car would stall out completely. But while normal driving would stall then start back up again. Any help would be much appreciated. I have a 95 GST

Sounds like alternator is going (probably it's brushes or regulator)
