So I've been noticing some things going on with my vehicle lately. Its a turbo 99 eclipse gsx. Every time I start the vehicle it will idle high like 1500 on cold days and low like 690rpm on hot days. I was thinking fluid but just had a full fluid flush done. My Oil and water temp are always in the middle but oil sometimes is less than that. Anyways I was driving my car and noticed as I press on the breaks my idle goes extremely low as to shut off the engine. I was right around the block when I stopped and went again. My radio started flickering on and off so I shut it off. Then Sure enough I got to the stop light and the vehicle died. Lights were on still, engine was firing but not turning, no fuses blew and I couldn't Find out what it was. We Waited probably about 20 mins and tried starting again after troubleshooting and it started up again but with the low idle. Can some one please help me save my car before it stops working all together? Any advice is appreciated.

It Passed a boost leak test. Should I get a dsm link in the car to see what is going on?

Oh, yeah? What PSI did you go to? How long did it hold? Why in the world would you buy DSMLink to solve a mechanical issue? Take your car to Advance or VatoZone and have a charging-system test done.
