Electrical Issues?

I just had a new transmission installed, and when I got the car back I had electrical problems that were not an issure before. My turn signals will not come on, my tach will not work, and my alternater is not charging my battery. I have a brand new battery so I know this is not the issue, also I hooked up the fuse box because some componets still work such as the headlights, tailights and hazard lights. All my fuses look good. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Check loose wires, relays, if it wasnt a problem eaerlier it could be something simple or something that could have happened after you got it back, check wires, relays, and fuses again.
