Hey guys, I'm new to the thread and I'm in east el paso. I was wondering if anyone had replaced the rubber inserts from the motor mounts and filled them with Window weld instead of buying polyurethane inserts? Need help please
The new ones slide in very easily. To get the old ones out I recommend drilling through the rubber and then cutting the metal sleeve with a reciprocating saw (or even a Dremel will work).Alright thanks! I'm gonna go ahead and buy the poly inserts. Did you have to press them in with a press?
. just wanted to let you guys know that i will be home sooner than expected so the build, beer, and bbq will be going on at my house if any one feels like getting some free drinks and food. but for sure will start putting stuff in stone when i get back over the dsm meet and cruze.Hey guys, I'm new to the thread and I'm in east el paso.
